Access to the transcript and/or the ability to chat and ask questions about the conversation would be a leap forward. I am recommending this to my patients as it exists now.

If you are a caregiver for a parent this is a game changer. We have taught our 80+ year old parents to use this to record their doctors visits and then they share the summary back with us so we don’t have to miss work yet can stay informed on what was discussed with their doctors. It also is agnostic of the patient portal so no more multiple patient portals to login. Looking forward to seeing what new features are in the next update.
