The app buzzed in my pocket and when I went to unlock it my screen dimmed. My reflection smiled before I did. It said “see you soon.” I don’t have pockets. I opened the app to check the map, and one of the icons blinked. I zoomed in and the compass spun in a perfect circle. Somewhere in the distance a faint sax riff played. GRiZ is summoning us one by one. Time to pack snacks.
