I initially left a very harsh review on this app, based on my initial experience, coupled with some of the reviews I read on TrustPilot and on here. I’ll start with the positive. - They do pay out (see cons for some caveats). They have paid out $8K so far, with another $16K pending. So far they’ve given me no impression that they won’t pay and apart from the initial withdrawals being rejected for KYC reasons, it’s been smooth sailing. - They have great gaming options. Between slots and table games, the UI is solid and I haven’t had any issues joining games. The software is solid. - The VIP manager named Collin, is an all star. He put up with various escalations and some “sharp” emails from me, and despite all of that, remained professional and I genuinely felt like he was doing his best to meet my needs. On a similar vain, their 24/7 live chat is awesome. It’s not bots - we’re talking about legit customer service agents around the clock available to help. That’s more than various larger casinos offer and I think that’s a huge plus. Moving on to the negatives… - Given the nature of my betting sizes and the stakes I play, withdrawal limits of $4K for e-transfer is markedly low. For context, it will take me at least two weeks to withdraw my entire balance due to their daily ($4K) and weekly ($16K) withdrawal limits. That’s very low, relative to how much I wager and the flexibility many other sites offer. I hope as the company grows, they allow a tier based system where high rollers over time can withdraw higher amounts based on play time and wager amounts. - The KYC process was alarming. Instead of allowing players to deposit without issue and have them met with KYC requirements at the time of withdrawing, I suggest they have customers fully authenticated and KYC completed at the time of depositing and/or account setup. That way, players can assume withdrawals can be made without issues or surprises. Ultimately what they asked for was reasonable and standard, but it felt very stressful in the moment given the size of my winnings and how unclear the process was. I think there’s room for improvement. Again, them having a 24/7 chat assistance and VIP managers available to help around the clock helped offset this. In summary: - Customer service 5/5 - Game options 5/5 - RNG: 5/5 very clearly legit and in my case, clear winnings to illustrate that - Software: 5/5 - Tier/VIP/Cash back/privileges for high rollers 1/5. Either I’m unclear on what they are, or they don’t exist - Cashier and KYC: 3/5 - Withdrawals take long, and the daily/weekly/monthly limits are low if you plan to wager high amounts I still have $16K of pending withdrawals, but I’m less concerned than I was previously about actually being paid so I wanted to leave a fair review since some of the reviews left on here seem overly harsh or flat out untrue.
