I tried to order via the app on two separate occasions (Feb 2026 & Jun 2026). Each time I got an error that the order was not placed but when I looked at my order history, I could see the order that I placed. One the first occasion I arrived at the restaurant and the associate said that they did not see an order for me. I called the restaurant on the second occasion and they confirmed that they had not received any order from me. Also, I could not customize the sauce options. I had to leave notes regarding the sauces, which were never seen because the restaurant did not receive my order.

Horrible app. Reward points disappeared. I trying to contact support via app. After I wrote my concern you can’t submit it. The button to submit just won’t work. Trying restating the app still noting. Tried to place order via app it says credit card invalid. Tried a different credit card still same issue. I have never seen that many issues ever with an app.

App doesn't work it's not letting to login keep getting error but the food taste is very good always gets a fresh food 5/5 for food with reasonable prices love there food
