Firstly I really like the simplicity of ordering prescriptions etc, that side of things is pretty smooth. I can make appointments with the pharmacy etc. I think the app would benefit from a little extra work when it comes to updating orders and the way prescription history is shown. Quite often my scrip status will say awaiting dispensing, however I’ve already picked everything up and it’s still saying that. By script history, I mean there’s no dates to previous orders when you look. I quite often don’t know what order is the most recent as it all looks identical. (I’m rubbish at remembering WHEN to order and brain fog doesn’t help!) Maybe update the status to collected to tell things apart, maybe change the colour or something too. 3/5 because I feel like little tweeks overall would just make things a bit easier for us chronically ill baddies! 💛
