This new app is underwhelming compared to the previous VS app, this new one needs a lot of work. The homepage is dull and not as inviting compared to the old app. The font is so small I do not wear glasses so no problem with my eyesite but I’m having a problem with the tiny font on all the pages. The color scheme can also be improved it needs better contrast to stand out maybe even more images. It just looks cheaply done. The old App was definitely better.

I am not a fan of the new app compared to the old app. The response time to open a menu is very slow. It circles/cycles often. I am guessing the UX was designed by a millennial or Gen Z’er who doesn’t have aging eyes. The black background is difficult to read with the colors. The color combination used for the check in or checked in box is very hard to see with these age 55+ eyes without my reading glasses. My iPhone is set to use larger text and the text on some menus overlaps because of the size. Did you test the app with various sized text? Did you get feedback from a wide range of users to gauge usability? Sorry but I am not a fan.

Horrible launch of this app. I started to use once they said “everything was fixed”. Everything is not fixed. Nothing loads, can’t check the times for classes most days. 9 times out of 10, I can’t register for a class, or sign in on the new app. To pay as much as we do for this gym, why can’t you all figure this app out?.. it’s not a priority?
