Very complicated to transfer college pass to this app

I created an account on the wave app, verified it, and was able to login into my account online. It directed to login into the app to get bus pass but when I try to login using the app, all I get is an error. I thought perhaps I used the wrong password, so I went back online but I was able to login successfully. So the app is not functional at this time for me.

The app is useless if you’re not online. I’m currently living in a homeless shelter and can’t afford 5G service so I’m not putting one cent into the app only to find it doesn’t work next to the bus stop. EPIC FAIL! No thank you
EDIT: you can use the WiFi provided on the bus, if it’s working. I found that the case one night. Your mileage may vary
