Finally, they fixed all of the issues. I have been complaining about when they first launched. The mobile app and the TV app works flawlessly now, including the picture in picture feature. Thank you for listening and addressing those issues.

I signed up for a 7-day free trial of FOX One, canceled the subscription through Apple well before the trial ended, and still got charged twice. I provided screenshots of my credit card statement showing the charges, yet FOX One insisted the last four digits of my card “don’t match their system” and refused to issue a refund. Their support team keeps repeating the same question instead of actually investigating the issue or escalating it. I canceled months ago, haven’t used the service, and still ended up paying for it—with no resolution. Easily one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this app unless you’re okay with being charged even after you cancel.

The other networks with streaming apps seem to both despise their users and also not know how to make a very good app. I’m surprised this one is so good. You can actually record and rewind and fast forward games, the quality is good, interface is responsive and not actually full of junk like the others. Please keep it up and don’t make it worse like the others have.
