Atmos Rewards

I use app for checking in. Since I downloaded ATMOS in October, can’t Check-in for flights on either this or AKair app OR online! No fix!?!? Have deleted both apps and re-installed multiple times. The AKair app will just kick me over to ATMOS and they say they are UnAble to check me in at this time and to try the AKair website. I fly 3-4 times a month. It is now almost January! Tired of standing in line to check-in with agent and nobody seems to know how to fix it. They say they are sorry for my inconvenience but sorry fixes nothing without action! Canceling ATMOS account didn’t change AKair bumping me over there when trying to use it alone. Something happened when the accounts merged or linked and every-time I’m stuck wasting my life in line, I curse ATMOS and its creators.

Almost everything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong with AK Airlines merging into Atmos Rewards. The membership card clearly shows I’ve been enrolled in club 49 for 20+ years and it the app is charging for bags. Neither the AK or Atmos app recognizes my membership or loyalty number when entering onto the trip, but it’s the very same number I use to login … for the app to tell me the number is invalid. And I cannot get an agent to talk with because it is all AI — and the AI is brutally unhelpful. Terrible service like this makes us feel nothing more than a number. Awful feeling. Awful service. Awful rollout.

Ever since atmos started I have nothing but problems with the app and customer service. I fly 2 - 3 times a month had nothing but praise for Alaska Airlines until 8 weeks ago. Now I can’t get through precheck line, even though it’s on my app, I got stuck with a $650 bill for lost baggage the customer support agent assured me I’d be reimbursed for now it is not being honored, I filed a complaint a month ago with no response at all and now the flights I am taking, miles are not getting added to my mileage plan. Only reason I’m giving 1 star is you can’t give 0.
