No signage, few staff & when you find staff they are pleasant but can’t answer the most basic questions. They are “volunteers” & not informed on procedures.
I asked about ADA accommodations & was told I needed to get there earlier! We stood in line for an hour & then were told we had to go to another line. That line was then totally ignored & people arriving later were being admitted. No one seemed in charge & there was no communication between staff or with attendees.
Other Festivals are much better organized. Also the sound system wasn’t working right until the 3rd group.
