Don’t waste your money
I’ve been a member VIP for almost 8 years. When I first started with this company, their clothes were good quality, fantastic deal, and lots of great choices. It has gotten worse and worse and worse quality. The selections have been awful, and when you do find something you like, how is it that they run out of your size before a week is up after coming out? I’m definitely going to cancel my subscription and it’s a shame because they were awesome when they were good.

Always issues every time they change account access
Always errors out when trying to skip the month whether on app or on website. I’ve been a member for a long time and the continuous changes to access my account is annoying since it’s never a smooth transition. This is my second month trying to skip using app and website and running into issues.
