I sent two emails to their support and never received a response, they mapped my account to a different email. That’s the reason I could not log in on my other devices. Fortunately my phone was still logged in under the wrong account and I had the opportunity to delete my account before they reset everything, because if they would have done that I would not be able to log in anymore. So hopefully my private info and images I uploaded are not accessed by whoever had that other email. They failed at protecting my privacy and securing my many months of work that I will have to restart I was not using this app for fun I was actually creating something. So imagine yourself doing the same thing and then rushing to delete the account to protect your videos. I didn’t want anyone accessing my stuff and who knows do what with it. I hope they fix the problem for me since I detailed it them in my emails. If they do then I would gladly pay again to use their app.

I’ve been trying out the new Reference to Video feature (Q1 beta) and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this good. The character consistency is way better than before, and the overall video quality really surprised me.
