I just recently downloaded this and it’s been really easy to use. I especially like the “urge” feature bc it keeps me accountable and I am more aware of when I am about to give into a bad habit. I like that it creates visuals of goals and there is a tracker for you to log your healthy habits. It seems to be pretty early in development, so I am excited to see what features they’ll add.
I’ve been trying out Statz for a bit and I’m impressed by how many different areas it covers. It’s not just about one aspect of self-improvement — you can track fitness, habits, mental health, and personal growth all in one place. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I appreciate how quickly you can log and review your progress. It’s flexible enough to be adapted to whatever goals you want to focus on, and the visual summaries make it easy to see patterns over time. A handy all-in-one dashboard for staying on track.
This is the best self improvement app, all around. It's easy and seamless to use, and offers a breadth of features which are perfect for my needs. The features to track and break bad habits (vices), and features to track progress towards goals are my favorite and have been very helpful! I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to be more consistent with their goals.
