Miss Holmes 7: Criminal Case

Another good installment of this series. No spoilers here. Everything worked well, no glitches. I think it was way too short. Glad I got it on sale.

I really enjoyed this storyline and had no issues at all. Map worked great. Really worth playing. Thank you again for some great games

Please, everyone, just purchase it and enjoy the thrill ride! Thanks! Friendly Fox will release an installment of Living Legends at the end of April. This game was okay, but seriously, the graphics were awful. They lacked clarity and visual acuity. Some of the HO scenes were so dark it was hard to search! I don’t know how I solved them without any hints, or did 10 of them in a row in under 3 minutes. My brain just took over and I stopped thinking. In addition, how many times did we have to remove rust? Too many! I completed all the mini-games but I had no clue what the electrical panel was supposed to resemble. Just when I was about to give up and skip it, I accidentally solved it. Note to Elephant: your target demographic is WOMEN over age 50. Do not give us these types of puzzles. We love mazes and labyrinths and painting and needlepoint. Too many rotational puzzles are boring and redundant! At least you gave us a super-puzzle. General gameplay was enjoyable, but it wasn’t very innovative. The storyline was dull. I am rating this as an average game, so my review will end up at 3 stars, 3.5 to be generous. This is one of my least favorite series, along with Crossroads. I much prefer Detectives United, Grim Tales and Paranormal Files! I also miss Haunted Hotel. That was a terrific series.
