I am a long term customer and have completed many books, however the trouble started with very little information that the web site was being updated so I spent hours completing my book only to find out at the end that everything I had prepared was lost. Help was a non starter which was very disappointing. I kept being told that my password was wrong so when I did complete my book I couldn’t order or pay for it? After three days of trying, I now have completed, ordered and paid. I am very disappointed, saddened and some what annoyed and will probably look for another site in the future. I will say though that I am pleased with the quality of my books and that’s why I’m disappointed.

First you seem to be only able to add pages at the end - frustrating. Then when I realised I need to set up an account, after setting up the album, the IOS system mislaid it? Fortunately this eventually appeared again after 5-10 mininutes of anguish thinking I might have to start again. I liked being able to drag and drop photos and being able to change the page layout. Allow insertion of pages and stop any IOS glitches and I would be extremely happy with the designer interface. Hope I am as happy with the album!

And highly recommended. Easy to use and navigate and end product is always delivered on time and to good quality. Only reason for not giving a 5/5 score is that there need to be a few more layout options with portrait shots (a default when using a phone to take a snap).
