Paid for a entire year subscription and somehow got logged out. I used the Apple ID auto fill when making the account, and it won’t let me log back in with it it change password or send email or anything. Emailed support multiple times and got a few un helpful responses which took literal weeks and months for each response. They never even emailed back from 2 months ago so I now just give up. Don’t waste your money with this app there are many better ones that won’t take your money then ignore you.

The idea behind this app is solid — people should care about what’s in their water. Unfortunately, the execution doesn’t justify a $20/month subscription. Most of the information presented appears to be aggregated from public sources (municipal water reports, brand disclosures, and general contaminant data), yet the app does not clearly disclose its exact data providers, lab sources, or scoring methodology. For a product asking premium pricing, that lack of transparency is a major red flag. If I’m paying this much, I expect clear citations, named labs, testing dates, and the ability to verify claims. Instead, users are asked to trust a proprietary “score” without seeing the underlying sources. This app may be useful for people who want a quick, simplified overview and don’t mind paying for convenience, but informed users can find the same core information for free directly from municipal Consumer Confidence Reports, the EPA, or bottled water brand disclosures. Until the developers clearly publish their data sources, lab partners, and scoring criteria, the price feels hard to justify.
