This was my first purchase with Wow Shop and unfortunately it was also one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have encountered. My original order qualified for a RM5 New Customer Welcome Voucher. The parcel was subsequently damaged during the fulfilment and delivery process and returned to the sender. The issue was entirely outside of my control. When the order was reprocessed, the original voucher was not preserved. I spent considerable time following up with customer service regarding this issue. Throughout the process, I received inconsistent information from different staff members, was promised management callbacks that never materialised, and repeatedly requested to speak directly with a manager. Despite these requests, no manager contacted me. I was also contacted using a personal mobile number by a staff member handling an escalated complaint, which raised concerns regarding company procedures and customer data handling. What disappointed me most was not the RM5 voucher itself, but the lack of accountability and the apparent unwillingness to address the concerns raised. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage prospective customers to carefully consider the level of after-sales support and complaint handling they expect before making a purchase. aps? most stupid aps ever. better download game. 😂😂😂
