I am going to first commend the developers of this app just as i myself have no clue on how to build an app, so KUDOS for creating a unique and beautiful app. I applaud you all and i know reviews are going to be a room for improvement. When it works, this service is truly exceptional. Unfortunately, I run into issues about 7 out of 10 times. The main problem is with purchasing or renting—sometimes it goes through without any trouble, but other times the process just stalls endlessly. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which occasionally helps, but it’s not a consistent solution. Right now, I’ve paid to rent a movie, but it won’t play. To make matters worse, after 48 hours, I’ll lose access and my money. Another frustrating issue is that when the movie won’t play, the app’s screen just goes blank, and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get back to the home page. That said, on the rare occasions when everything works as it should, the experience is wonderful. I just wish it was more reliable.

I am using the app and I can boldly say that it is the best virtual 🎥 cinema ever🫶. But, we need more options on the app like settings and many more. African best at the moment

How can I pay for a movie and when I’m ready to watch it’s asking me for another payment, I think this should be a one time payment thing ,,, I’m not going to pay again
