The Living Soul by Philip Wade

Phillips Teachings and his self realization meditations are my primary source of meditations since January 2022. I had been meditating since 2016, primarily TM. TM is still a wonderful old friend that I sit with on occasion. However, Philip’s Infinite Silence meditation is the most effortless I have found. More importantly, it is the most impactful for meditation and integration in my everyday life, for my everyday living. It has this benefit not long after I learned the very simple practice. His teachings are clear and delightful. They provide a wisdom in managing so many situations that enrich my life. They can also be a shelter in a storm, bringing you back to remembering what is most important that will get you safely through. There are a series of teachings for new learners, organized in sequel order. Very clear to follow and often delightful with humor in analogies. For anyone wishing to learn meditation or to revitalize their practice, I hope you try these meditations and teachings. They will meet you where you are in life. They have transformed my life forever and have done so for many other others in this community on the app. ✨

This app is so valuable for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding and experience of the inner dimensions, the Silent Presence that is peace, joy, harmony, etc., that underlies all creation. There are so many resources in this app from very short meditations to longer videos and opportunities to join a retreat online yearly and also community calls so whatever suits you in that moment is available plus you can listen over and over as you wish. In addition, maybe even more importantly is that Philip has a gift of transmission so that when you listen to him speak something within you starts to awaken. This is such a great gift for humanity. I strongly encourage anyone to try this app. You will be very pleased.!

This library is all in one place on this app. The app itself is easy to use. No commercials! In addition, (approx) quarterly live community calls and 1 weekend retreat is included in the yearly subscription. Bonus: this is a welcoming community and Philip participates regularly, offering his guidance and insights for members. A high quality app and a very worthy investment.
