In the first photo, there was no live action probably because she was sitting down.. it’s a sepia photo from the early 1900s. After waiting 3 hours..I fell asleep I so in the morning I discovered that it didn’t do what I was hoping for but the enhancement is AWESOME! The second photo I tried was much better and it took less than an hour. She walked towards the camera, which is really cool. However It said $6.99 weekly but I was charged $9.99.. but honestly, I’m no longer mad because I’m really happy to have clear images of my grandma that I never met so thank you
I ran across this app and was intrigued so I got it. I knew there was a subscription and at first I hesitated, should I purchase a year? I decided I would just pay for 1 week to see if I would use it much. (I am glad I only paid for 1 week.) So I ran and found some old pictures all excited. I started to use the app. I began my first photo and it said “Generate 🥇 10” I was confused. Am I earning coins? Am I being charged coins? Nope my subscription gives me 50 “coins” that I will use to “play” with my photos. That means if I do more than 5 pictures I am going to have purchase “coins’ cause every image is approx 10 coins. This may not be a big deal to some. I personally would have liked to know upfront. ( I read the description and lots of reviews and this made me aware of the subscription but nothing else) This may be small potatoes to some but as I know my budget I would not have purchased it. I am glad I only purchased a week. I will be using all 50 coins before it ends. Maybe this is different if you pay for a full year but it doesn’t say anywhere I can find. So in summary have fun but be advised there is a subscription which provides a limited amount of coins, then they must be purchased. For those who can afford it go for it! I am having fun till my coins run out and I am sure you will too.
Unfortunately after you spend money to buy the app (JUST FOR A WEEK) you only get four options to covert photos before the want you to buy more “coins.” I didn’t like my first four enough- and thought that maybe if I used a few different pictures that I would get a decent result. After spending money on these coins the app began to do ridiculous things. The AI would completely change gender, nationality, and literally everything of the people. And then it would completely stop producing pictures, and would just say “creating.” When contacting support they told me I just needed to keep putting more pictures in. When I said I had already purchased coins and that I did not receive a product, they simply told me it was my own fault that my picture was to old and I would not get a refund for that particular photo that they didn’t create. The told me that I wasn’t eligible for a refund by there policy since the app tried to create a photo- and just couldn’t create it. Mind you I received no error OR guidelines prior to my photo. It was just a photo of an old May in front of a fence. It was not blurry, it was not to far away or close up, nothing. The app just failed. And no support was issued. All I wanted was my 10 coins back in the app for what didn’t produce (I still had over 100), and I would create more. But they refused to support me. So now I’m going to request a refund for the $15 from my bank instead. What a shame.
