This app has some nice looks to it but the execution of the app leaves a lot to be desired. The app refuses to let me change the default nickname assigned to the user even though it has the function to do so. After every change attempting automatically resets back to the default. The feedback feature won’t take any screenshots. And the customization feature only lets you choose 2 predefined avatars which are not ones I particularly like

I tried to purchase a month subscription. It says purchase successful, then it says error. When I tried again, it said you've already purchased this. It charged me, but gave me nothing for it. No way to get ahold of support. Doesnt work at all.
Update: I already tried to email support and you guys never responded.
