I’ve had no problems playing or choosing numbers. My problem is when the system decides a new password is needed. It won’t recognize either the new password or the email I’ve always used. I consistently have to close the app, wait at least 30 minutes, then go back in and create a password. Additionally, it will not recognize special characters that are not on the approved special character list as “characters.” I understand it doesn’t count as one of the recognized Special Characters, but why does it not count toward the password’s total character count?

It was fairly easy to sign up and link my bank but I can see how for some people that aren’t tech savvy could run into issues due to graphics and ease of navigation. Could be simpler imo. I am happy I can buy tickets without leaving home. Overall good so far though. Hopefully more games will be added soon.

They make this so much of a hassle and they won’t let you link your bank account I tried to use cash app and it said to try another so when I put in my Chase account and other bank account they then told me I had six months before I can try again not understanding why a lottery app is running your credit score. When you go to a casino or ANY OTHER GAMBLING ESTABLISHMENT it does not want your credit score it feels like a form of discrimination kind of very uncomfortable like if I have money to play and want to buy numbers online shouldn’t be this big of a hassle so I shared this with people at my real estate about 20 of us just decided it’s not worth it and I got a whole big run instead of them just getting right to the point why Pavillion was not letting me add my bank so it’s not TENNESSEE LOTTERY ITS THE PAVILION and they will try to blame it on TENNESSEE LOTTERY so don’t let them lie to you if you run into this problem
