I met two great women who wanted to go out so I ran out of chat and bought a premium subscription for 40$ it didn’t work but was still charged the money so I tried a one month for 30$ and was charged again and still not registering that I am a premium user so after four days and ten messages to customer service with no reply I am working to get my money back. Do not use this app. They are just stealing money if I could give no stars I would

App works great for matches but I had to re download ( tech issue ) and now it’s saying bad request and I can’t log back in

This I was my question to their service department. I am at 100% talking to Marjorie Bentham, we have voice feature and screen shot but seems she can not hear my when we use voice chat, but I have not tried the screen shot yet, plus, I thought when we hit 30% we can share our location and our chat is at 100%. Also would love to meet this person, but can not give a public location like a park or a shop to meet at. So can you answer these so I can have a better understanding of how this site works?
