Dress Up and Happy Life

this game is extremely fat phobic and advertises that in order to have a happy life you must get the guy and be blonde and skinny. it says pigtails are childish and black hair is… pick me? and it is racist and weird too. on the first level the girl says “i’m finally the WHITE gal hes after!” and there is a level where a teacher FALLS IN LOVE with a RECENTLY GRADUATED STUDENT. it’s disgusting and stereotypical and i can’t believe this is being aimed at THIRTEEN YEAR OLD GIRLS. absolutely vile. and there is an ad like every fifteen seconds. and ik that every single developer response is automated so don’t even bother. this is for the people.

As soon as I started playing the game I was only able to click three choices, before I got an ad. I exit out, immediately get another ad. I click three more choices, another ad, and the process keeps repeating… for the entire time I played the game. Plus there are levels where the fat girl has to drastically alter her appearance to get friends or a boyfriend. The game has barely any female characters who don’t borderline anorexic, and have the “perfect” body and skin color. If you make a skinny character work out and she gets even remotely muscular, you fail the level because i guess it’s not feminine. Also in my experience if i choose any hair color that’s not a light color, i fail the level. There are also level where a girl turns into a “gyaru” or something, and you immediately fail the level because she turns black and gets fake nails. She’s also in the ad for the game.

There’s a few stages that are really weird. In one, a girl has a crush on her teacher and wants to get with him, the same thing later happens with a boy student and a woman teacher. There’s also a few times in which you raise a little girl (the monster girl and orphan girl and a couple others) and after raising said little girl, you end up DATING her and sometimes marrying her?? That’s super weird. Especially since the man is already an adult while raising the child. It also pushes standards pretty heavily. Fat girls must work out in order to become pretty but if you’re already skinny and work out, you get too buff and are therefore ugly…? You shouldn’t give your girlfriend sweets for her birthday or else she will become “obese” and ugly. And the first stage is about a girl looking more “white” to impress a boy, I guess? And the second stage is a woman trying to seduce her neighbor by showing skin. Overall would not recommend. Especially not to younger kids that are impressionable.
