I’ve been using the app and it’s been really helpful during those early months. The interface is simple and easy to use, which is exactly what you need when you’re tired and just trying to quickly log sleep times. I like that it clearly tracks patterns so you can start to see when your baby is naturally ready for naps or bedtime. It’s made understanding my baby’s routine so much easier and has definitely helped improve our daily rhythm. A great little tool for new parents who want a simple way to keep track of sleep.
I’ve been using the app in conjunction with support from Jay and my life has gone from sleep deprived, difficult days to my 10 month old sleeping 11+ hours a night IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Pippa is my second child and sleep problems were new for us. I didn’t really believe anything was going to make much difference to our levels of rest, but having reached crisis point I downloaded the app and got in touch with Jay. Having the guidance of the app in conjunction with Jay’s expertise has been critical in helping me learn not just about sleep science, but more about my own baby and her needs. The reduction in mental load not having to remember nap start and finish times and work out wake windows and choose an appropriate bedtime has been palpable! I already have and will continue to recommend to all my sleep stretched friends!
As a parent, I previously used the Pampers Sleep Coach app, but after trying Jay’s Sleep Like a Baby app, I can honestly say it’s on a completely different level. The biggest difference for me is how bespoke and tailored Jay’s app is to my own child. Rather than generic advice, it really takes your child’s individual needs and circumstances into account, which made a huge difference for us. After the seven-day trial, I didn’t hesitate to go ahead with the annual subscription, as the support and guidance felt far more personalised than what I experienced with the Pampers Sleep Coach app. One of the standout features is that Jay offers a 20-minute call, which was absolutely invaluable. Being able to actually speak to Jay, explain my child’s specific sleep challenges, and receive advice tailored directly to our situation was amazing. That level of support and human connection is something you simply don’t get with the Pampers Sleep Coach. Overall, the Sleep Like a Baby app feels thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely parent-focused. I’d highly recommend it to any parent who wants personalised guidance rather than one-size-fits-all sleep advice.
