It can go down anytime for hours and days without any prior notice.. features are fine but need to make this a stable and reliable app.

This has to be the most frustrating app. My linked accounts keep getting changed or removed, or the transfer doesn’t go through, sometimes a when it goes through it shows as not gone through. Even the otp generation most of the time is delayed and as a result cannot add payee or process payment. The Bank doesn’t seem to care about enhancing customer experience unfortunately

When I join app working smoothly but nowadays not working well and I’m getting error when I open this. Kindly solve these bugs ASAP. Thank You
