Finally Askari Bank has updated its Mobile App. This new version has a user friendly interface with all the functions working perfectly fine!

I have been using the Askari Bank mobile app for quite some time now, and I must say it has completely transformed my banking experience. The app’s user interface is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through different features and sections is a breeze, and I appreciate the thoughtful layout that makes it easy to find what I need. This app is a game-changer, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Yet again Askari’s app update has caused more issues than it had before. It sends me an OTP but does npt let you type in the OTP. Im unable to pay bills or make transactions since 3 days. I called customer support team 3 times and all they do is take personal info to verify but dont give a solution. I even emailed Askari support 3-4 times, yet no solution. My husband visited the bank even and they said ‘its fixed now’, when we tried to use it, it was not fixed at all. Today i’ll go to the bank and most likely close my account if they are unable to fix it as we rely heavily on online bankng. Very disappointed.
