To have the weekly description of what is getting picked up is great ! And the accepted items list for each bin ! We help those that work the recycling line 😁 Their bulk pick up is a feature ive never had before ! Very generous of the company ! And as a result it keeps items from being dumped on our roadsides !!!! Very detrimental to our communities Thank Atlas for compromising your profit for us & our communities

No payment option
I like having the ability to schedule a bulk pick up and the pick up day reminders but no balance or payment option in the app?! You have to navigate to Help, then click on Access Online Billing at the bottom just to view the link to pay on their online portal. 2 stars for the inconvenience, defeats the purpose of using the app. If they add the ability to pay your bill through the app I’ll adjust my rating.
