This app is absolutely of no use . It’s not giving any additional information which we are not aware of . In India there are 3 company which is considered for cibil . 1 transunion 2 crif 3 Experian Good score app only gets your crif score . Also note all 3 company has different way of tracking your score so it’s never gonna be same . Also there is no such thing to improve score immediately. All they would suggest is clear over due amount . Clear settled account . Get new credit card . Or take loan to improve your cibil . All the basic thing if you put this question on Google or any AI platform you get same answer that to free . Also the one who are actually struggling with low cibil will never get card or another loan until your cibil reaches a good point . Such app are making money for giving advice which is free on other platforms. Again for expert advice you will have to subscribe and pay more money . And they are not a ginie to help you update your score within few days . At the end you have to follow a healthy money routine . Just avoid taking another loan and more cc inquiry keep your funding correct and balance sheet as well . Score will gradually increase. Just don’t download this app in any hope .
Smart but unethical way of getting personal information from the users. No disclaimers at the start that the app will have in-purchase features, to even begin with. If a customer wants to try this app for free, they cannot. If they give this info beforehand on the application, I am sure half of the audience will not fill in personal information. But, the in-app purchase comes later you already share your personal information. Understood that they have ISO, SOC as security measures and my details may not be shared with 3rd party but why should I let them use my PI for their use also, if I am not their app? I am sure, in their T&Cs they have specific statements of using our PI for their products and use, which means even when you are not using Goodscore app, your data will be used for training purpose, development purpose, and for any other purpose they deem fit internally. May be to build another application of their own. Basically, they have the database to do that. Can’t comment on the app, coz I don’t want to pay before having a demo version and without understanding the value for money.
I purchased this app based on positive reviews. While I agree it might be useful for newbies with a decent income trying to improve their credit score, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. Here’s why: 1. Autopay confusion – I never knowingly enabled autopay. The UI is so misleading that I only realized months later that ₹99 was being auto-debited. I cancelled the subscription a day before the renewal, assuming the payment would be stopped. But guess what? The amount still got debited. 2. Ridiculous cancellation logic – I contacted support, and they casually told me that cancellation takes 2 days to process. Seriously? Who designs a cancellation system like that? You basically force another payment by design. Very clever, right? 3. Misleading task system – The app shows that certain tasks will unlock in 24 hours. I waited and checked the next day – still locked. Support told me “it will unlock,” but it never did. I eventually figured out on my own that you have to keep the app running in the background for 24 hours. What kind of nonsense is that? Why isn’t that clearly communicated? 4. Rude support – After cancellation, the support experience was the worst. The representative acted like I was trying to scam them. She was curt, dismissive, and kept repeating the same scripted line over and over, refusing to explain anything properly. When I asked follow-up questions, I just got the same line again and again. Finally, she said “it takes 48-72 hours” and that’s when I gave up.
