I did not use or authorize this product, plain and simple. You have charged my card twice now for some app. I don’t need some walking yoga app. Never signed up for it as mentioned in my first dispute all you sent were screenshots from your computer that have my information on it how you access my information I don’t know, but I would like a full refund. You charge my card twice now once for $15 and another one for 31 I want my money back. I do not use this app. I did not authorize this app and I cannot explain to you how you got my information which is actually pretty concerning. I’m gonna start leaving reviews about your app in your company if I don’t get a refund because I should not have to pull teeth with you to give my money back for something I didn’t authorize or ask for.

I filled out the online quiz for a walking to lose weight program. Instead of receiving my results, I received an offer for the walking yoga app. I paid for a three month subscription, which is only available through the app. I downloaded the app, signed into my account, and received my purchase. I only received 28 days, not 90 days as I had purchased. Although customer service (or at least they’re chatbot) was responsive. At first, they insisted that they can only refund due to faults. Backing and forcing with them for three rounds, I explained that the download was indeed faulty, as I only received 28 days of programming rather than 90 days. They said they would get back to me, but the line has gone dead. I reported them to the App Store and would definitely counsel anyone interested in skipping this app.

This app does not count steps from all smart watches. I have a Fitbit and they have no integration. So unless I’m carrying my phone the app does not record actual steps. I also did not receive a 90 day program as I was told I would. It was a 28 day program. I asked for a refund and the company does not offer refunds unless the digital download has an error. Which mine did. Once I informed them of not getting the correct program that I paid for, I have not received a response. Another thing I did not like about this app. It stops you in the middle of the walking workout to do the yoga and meditation. So unless you are at a park or on a hike, it’s not always easy to stop on the side of the road to meditate and do yoga. Not for me. Would not recommend.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
