As a sales rep for Vivint I found having intentions before I go out and work has helped a lot. Sometimes I’m just going through my day wi without being intentional about what I want to get from the day. The journal helps me reflect and fine tune my process
Josh and his team have put together a tool and resources you could possibly add to your development at an athlete. Setting an intention for your practice and reflecting on how that went, being intentional about how you train is more beneficial than any instructional ever will be. Having an AI tool that will analyze your entries and give you feedback is so useful. I can’t recommend this enough. Be intentional, use Sherpa to guide your development.
I’ve been really enjoying the updates to this app—the improvements may be gradual, but they’re making a big difference. I find it super helpful for journaling whenever I remember to do it. 😅 The recent changes have made the app feel even more intuitive. I especially appreciate the AI summaries—they’re surprisingly accurate and help me stay focused on why I started using the app in the first place. I also love the flexibility in choosing what kind of entries to make, along with the random prompts that spark new reflections. Overall, I’m excited to see how this app continues to evolve. It’s starting to feel like one of those helpful companions in video games as I continue on my journey as a martial artist.
