Pet Shop Game Supermarket Sim

I literally just downloaded this game and I was so excited to play, but this game, I can’t even enjoy it. I had 300+ money, ordered the red bag of cat food AND the can food. I was told to pick up the box, mind you the game took my money and DID NOT give me my pet food and I’m now left with 56 money and no food to restock…which is the food that I just purchased. I probably won’t play again unless this game gets fixed. That’s why I gave this game 1 star. I just downloaded this game, the first time I ordered, my one box arrived BUT the second time I ordered 2 products and they never arrived. I WILL NOT be playing a game that’s taking the money that I just made and not giving me my pet food. I really wanted to play and see how I liked this game, but since it’s taking my money and stealing my food that I just ordered, I WILL NOT be playing this game!!! I will be deleting it ASAP!!!

When you open the app there’s ads on the loading screen. You get into the game and there’s more ads before you even begin the game. Then as you begin loading the box onto the shelf there’s more ads. Then as you open your shop and begin checking people out of the store even more ads. There’s no way of skipping ads and they pop up all the time. Then the game glitched and I got stuck on the checkout desk and it wouldn’t close the shop. So I went to the Home Screen and you guessed it another ad. I’m all for having some ads in games for devs to make that money but this game is unplayable with the amount of ads that were popping up. I’d give this game 0 stars if I could. Please have a skip button (the skip button is an ad as well) or a way to pay for no ads. And please take down some ads.

Okay the game is pretty cool but I lost all my order I order cat food or dog food the package do not be outside now idk what to do ? I don’t really want to start over but it’s not fair for me to make all this money to order the pet food for me not to get it … can you please fix it .. but I do like the game tho 🙃
