I lost my Titan games too. I had old tablet and had Titan in English and Japanese (?). Both games I had over 200 million credits. I'm thinking they didn't like my credits and turned it off. This is ONLY game I enjoy and I'm an old hippie too..how funny. Anyway I been able to download game on phone but it will not go to extra features. Just says it's downloading here enjoy the only feature available. Not sure if they do not like when you don't buy points. I did about 15 years ago but just can't do it anymore. And I cannot get Japanese version anymore.

Disappointed. I’ve been playing this game for 6-7 years. Got to level 480 / with 680 green gems and my credits was up to 4billion7hundred69thousand. Had technical trouble with my iPhone so I lost everything. Never heard back from you or got any help in retrieving my status. No the game brought me back to level one and starting all over from squares one on everything. Not fare and very very upset. I’ve always given you 5 stars but might start changing my mind. Ty. Very disappointing.

Have had this game for a couple of years and always look in on it at least once a day if just to collect the special bonus. Enjoy playing it otherwise. Lately, however I’ve been screwed out of over 10,000,000 coins on the daily bonus spin. Just today I spun the wheel and got 5,000,000 coins. The win registered in the winnings line. I left and came back about a half hour later and the winnings were the same as before the spin. Hate to have to dump the game cuz the graphics are great and the game play itself is fun. If I keep getting screwed out of legit winnings I’ll have to dump it. Sorry!!
