This game starts off fun, but the progression system completely falls apart the longer you play. At first, you’re mowing through enemies, upgrading your character, and feeling stronger. But then you hit a wall—upgrades stop mattering, and even after boosting damage, enemies don’t seem to die any faster. What’s the point of leveling up if it doesn’t actually make a difference? New characters are also ridiculously hard to unlock, which just makes the grind feel worse. Instead of rewarding progress, the game forces you into the same repetitive cycle with no real payoff.
This game is really good and has potential to be better. A few glitches need to be worked out, for example the game getting stuck at the first diamond/check point on a map. I have been trying to get level 51 achievements done but it won’t let me go past the first check point. Another, is the game says I need to upgrade my base attack again and the screen appears to go further up but it won’t let me scroll up and buy the upgrades anymore.
Was fun enough, the ads are after the levels but they’re long enough levels it doesn’t feel overbearing. Also you cannot see all the possible upgrades for any given weapon; any upgrades beyond level 30 or so are hidden, and you can’t scroll down in the upgrade list either. However, after upgrading the first two main weapons and all but the last side weapon to max, I can no longer hold to upgrade the remaining weapons, and it shows them as downgraded. Additionally, I am stuck at level 47 with no way to progress, as enemies no longer spawn after the first wave. All in all not a terrible game, but needs some things to be fixed.
