Worst and extremely pathetic service from Chola Finance. I had completed all my responsibilities from my end, and everything was in order, but the company failed to provide proper support or timely responses to my emails. Due to their negligence and lack of communication, my CIBIL score was negatively affected. The employees are unresponsive, and customer service is very disappointing. Even after repeated follow-ups, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing Chola Finance, as my experience has been very frustrating and stressful.

I had a very bad experience with the Chola Finance App and its employees. The service is extremely disappointing. The staff are completely unresponsive and do not attend to customer issues even after multiple attempts to contact them. There is no proper customer support, and it feels like they don’t value customers at all. The delays, lack of communication, and careless handling of queries make the entire experience frustrating. Overall, this app and its service appear unreliable and untrustworthy. I strongly feel improvements are needed in customer support, transparency, and professionalism. At present, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

There should be option of negative star rating. Worst application , customer service is very poor as they don’t attend the call. Eagerly waiting for my fund from last month but still the company is unable to provide money and although giving pathetic excuses. Even after completion of document , application Approved for the loan within 24 hours but its been one month the company is unable to provide money. Liars. Don’t ever install application and provide any document to them. Not trustworthy.
