Auto-Renewal Details
The subscription period will automatically renew every month unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The subscription fee for the renewal period will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
How to Check Subscription Status and Cancel Auto-Renewal
Open the "Settings" app.
Select "iTunes & App Store."
Tap the "Apple ID: [your email address]" displayed at the top of the screen.
Select "View Apple ID" from the pop-up.
Sign in if necessary.
Select the "Manage" button under the "Subscriptions" section.
Here, you can view and cancel your subscription. Please note that PortalPix Pro can only be canceled through the iTunes account settings, not within the PortalPix app.
Unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will automatically renew at the end of the contract period. To turn off auto-renewal, go to your account settings and disable auto-renewal in the subscription management screen. Cancellation of the current subscription during the subscription period is not allowed, and no refunds will be made for unused periods.
