I got my 5th grade son this app when I realized he needed some additional practice with writing and grammar skills. I am so glad I did! Not only does he actually enjoy writing with this app… but he’s also learning some of those foundational grammar skills that he was missing (school hasn’t focused on writing thus far). I love seeing his skills grow and improve, and I love seeing him have a place to be creative with writing as well! I’m incredibly pleased with his growth so far and cannot wait to see his further growth with continued use. Thank you Night Zookeeper.

As a parent and educator, having my own children and my students grow as writers and readers is important to me. The NZK app allows children to write and read on the go. The gamification aspect pulls kids in and they become excited for the first time to WANT to write. The app is user friendly and allows parents and teachers to track progress, adjust to individual learning needs, and get valuable feedback from tutors on ways to improve the writing students submit. My family discovered Night Zookeeper about a year ago and my only regret is that didn't know about it sooner! My three kids, ages 6, 8 and 10 all have truly enjoyed their respective programs and can't get enough! The activities are so engaging that they often forget they're learning and not just playing a video game. As a former teacher and administrator myself, I would highly recommend this program both at home and in the classroom!
