The hardware of the Zeekr 7X is great, but the App and digital key experience are letting it down. Proximity unlock with the phone key is extremely unreliable—I often stand right next to the driver’s door holding my phone, yet the car remains locked and the handles won't deploy. It defeats the entire purpose of keyless entry if I have to carry the physical fob everywhere or manually unlock it from the app every time. Additionally, OTA dispatch seems very slow. Despite taking delivery weeks ago and being connected to good cellular/Wi-Fi reception, the vehicle is still stuck on the factory 2.0.1c version and has never received the v2.1 update. Please prioritize fixing the background Bluetooth/UWB connection stability and optimize the OTA distribution system. Modern EV owners expect seamless phone keyless entry.

Not able to create a new keycard with the updated car os and app. Auto Lock leaving and unlock approaching with phone is not working as before. This is major inconvenience from myself and most of my Zeekr friends.

The app does some basics but needs to add lots more. First thing it needs to do is always open to show the car’s controls, not the marketing department’s latest PR releases. The charging section needs to allow modification of the AC max amperage. Aussie customers with solar will benefit from being able to adjust this remotely. Make the sentry mode toggle easy to find. I’ve opening the app many times to turn sentry mode on but can’t find the setting. It’s currently hidden on a non-intuitive sub-page of the controls. The tyre pressure needs to use the same units as defined in the car. My car is set to psi but the app only shows bar. The car shown in the app needs to match the colour of the car, not default to white. Shared cars need the correct colours. iOS widgets need more info/options e.g. battery SOC, time left to charge, plugged in status. The digital key needs to be compatible with Apple Wallet, for iPhone and Apple Watch. This is apparently available in other countries. Apple Watch should lock/unlock same as key card. Siri Shortcuts options would be very useful. “Hey Siri what’s my car’s battery charge?”. “Hey Siri, start the AC cooling” ….
