Unable to update my information so the app is basically useless!
What a huge mistake! The previous app was pretty good, with a map, reviews… much better user experience. This one not only is an step back, but it’s useless and the best example of how NOT to do things. Force people to download a new app? Click on a sketchy link to do it? Not update the new one? And I thought Finland was all about innovation and progress! ZERO stars. I’m just surprise whoever made this decision has still their job.
What a waste of time to make everyone download a whole new app…and then it’s worse than the one before!!! Before I used to be able to search of nearby participating museums to visit based on my location, and the new app got rid of all of those features. Now it’s essentially just the QR code to enter and your profile. So dumb!
