Federal Donuts & Chicken

1- I’ve been sitting at 97 points for a while even after placing 3 different orders at the new location at Gather Food Hall. 2- When I try and access my account to redeem my receipts on this app, I have to put in my number twice to receive a MFA code twice before seeing my account. When I went to my email to retrieve receipt number and go back to the redeem form, the GUI resets back to phone number login with the MFA and I get locked out for trying to perform 4 logins (actually 2 bc of the bug) to do one thing. 3- Under the rewards should show reward options but instead it says to see them at checkout. When I checkout there’s no reward option, yet it’s under “Promo Codes” which the rewards tab does not clearly state (misleading). The apps works great for placing orders though! But I got the app for rewards as I do for all food apps, AND I love FedNuts since the OG location in Pennsport (RIP, and to the .5 chix too) where I used to live.

It said when u get the app. u get 100 points which is $10.00 is a lieeeeee just making ppl to get the app. but no points. Disappointed
