I had a very disappointing experience with Salary On Time. I applied for a loan, but my application remained under processing for an unnecessarily long time. Whenever I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly told that my loan had been approved and that a Credit Manager would contact me for the next steps. However, I never received any call or WhatsApp message from any Credit Manager. Even after waiting for several days, my application is still showing "Under Process." After repeatedly following up and getting no proper resolution, I finally informed them that I no longer wanted to continue with the loan application. Despite this, my application is still under process and has not been cancelled. Their email responses are also very slow, also never replies quick and every follow-up takes a long time. I have never seen any loan app take this much time to process an application while providing no clear updates. The customer support team is not supportive and keeps giving the same response instead of resolving the issue. Overall, it has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

This has been an extremely horrible and frustrating experience. I cleared my existing loan in good faith and immediately applied for a reloan.
