I have had a great experience with Zealthy until this last order. I have been using medication from Zealthy for over a year. Around October 2025 my medication was delayed d/t a pharmacy compounding issue. I sent a message, they sent the Rx to a different pharmacy, and I didn’t miss any doses. I ordered 6 months of my medication in June. I have missed 3 doses now(4 doses in a couple of days) The medication is delayed with no information on when it will be available. I have messaged multiple times with no resolution. I just receive messages telling me they are working on it. This last message I sent asked about a refund so I could find a different company. 5 days with no response to this message from Zealthy. I am not sure what the issue is. I ordered 10 days before I would need my medication per Zealthy recommendation. Not sure what to do at this point. This would be a 5 star rating if the lasts 4 weeks were not included in the rating.

I do not recommend anyone contract with Zealthy due to their poor organization. I signed up, paid the fee, and was contacted by multiple people regarding the same topic which caused a lot of confusion. I was very specific with the fact that I wanted to wait to see if insurance would cover any cost before I get charged for their full price. The plethora of agents I spoke with in the chat and over text confirmed (repetitively) what my insurance information was. I was also told I’d get a discount which never happened. Before my insurance was confirmed I was already written a prescription by Zealthy, and they have been attempting to charge me $1200+ which I keep denying. I have attempted to delete my account for several weeks but am met with nothing but a loading screen and my account cannot be deleted. I would be more likely to give a better review if it was a more personable experience but having 8 different people reach out to me for the SAME EXACT THING does nothing but cause confusion and redundancy. I hope by calling them they can delete my account and leave me alone. I have been receiving texts and calls daily requesting that I update my payment method so they can charge me the $1200. I do not appreciate the severe lack of organization and service.

Update-Someone reached out to offer help because of my review. I have emailed them back 3 times without a response. Since I already paid my membership fee I ordered once again and paid for express shipping. 10 days later I received a message it will be here in 5 days. Not express AT ALL and I am now missing two weeks of being able to take my medication. Once again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Forbes just came out with an article with the top companies such as these to use and Zealthy is not listed at all. Do your research and find a better place that will care about your health needs. Customer service/the portal does not talk or read if or how the issue or question was handled. I will ask a question, get a response, and then have several other agents respond with different answers. I get a reminder to renew my prescription, I do it right away, get an approval, money taken out from my bank and for at least a week I get 2-3 high alert messages that I need to renew my prescription that I already did. It’s even caused me to be charged twice several times, and because they don’t communicate it’s so hard to get the extra charge back. I get messages in the portal my medicine is on its way and emails there’s a problem with my order, then when I contact them about it, they have no idea what I’m talking about and make me feel like I’m the crazy one. I highly recommend using another company! I am after this shipment arrives, it’s very easy to switch to another company without starting over in your dosage. RUN!
