Not the Best
I really like most of the medidations and motivational pieces, but they seem to get a little redundant and not much new content is added. I feel like I’m listening to a lot of the same things even though I may try a different topic. The app is not very user friendly. I am receiving a daily affirmation, which I get through a notification, but it falls off immediately and I can’t find the affirmations in the app anywhere to review them throughout the day. There are multiple times that I’ve tried to go back and see an affirmation from a couple days ago and if it’s in the app, I can’t find it either. Frustrating. It doesn’t seem worth the money. Too many things that still need to be improved.
