Soma: Meditation & Affirmation

I’m absolutely loving the Soma app! It has become such a beautiful part of my daily routine. The affirmations are uplifting, inspiring, and a wonderful reminder to slow down, be present, and focus on the positive. I love how Sam helps shift my mindset, build confidence, and start my day with gratitude and encouragement. It feels like a little moment of positivity and self-care that I look forward to every day.

What an uplifting way to introduce myself to the extraordinary power of using affirmations to get more of what I want out of life. The creator of this app gives away seven nurturing lessons as a way to test the waters before committing to an inexpensive monthly plan. Even if you never go on to the rest of his courses, you will grow from experiencing many potent affirmations and the neuroscience behind why they work when you repeat them regularly with emotion.

I had been following Sam on Instagram, and decided to download the app and try the free courses. Loved them! So I signed up for a premium membership, but it didn't seem to work right on my end. After having uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out and logged back in, I was stuck in the free mode. I reached out to Sam, and within two minutes, he responded! This developer spent time today personally helping me be able to access the premium features that I had paid for! Unheard of!
