For someone with Borderline Personality Disorder, this app is a real lifesaver. It helps me see patterns in the constant chaos of my emotions. It works great for tracking my mood swings and preparing clear stats for my therapist. The simple interface makes it easy to record my state and ground myself during moments of crisis.

I tried a lot of mood tracker apps but I got bored with them fast. With Myqualia I became more mindful throughout the day and not I can only see that I feel bad or good but I can compare my best days, months.

I like it because I usually write notes in a notebook. Now it's easy to do it anywhere and whatever I want. Absolutely recommend you, It's funny and interesting to observe our emotions
