No customer service
New to this streaming service to watch our son play summer ball. For whatever dumb reason they still have the 2025 season pass available. It was the first one I came to and assumed it was correct. Later I went back and saw in small print the membership was for 2025. Not able to watch my son’s games and we have contacted them more than once. Be careful if you decide to purchase that you purchase the right thing. I don’t want my money back I just want access to 2026. Also, the filming is extremely basic, we paid another fee to watch one game. The whole game was broadcasted through the net.
