The app does what it’s intended for And don’t get me wrong it does it well. However for me, I wanted to be able to create my own workouts by selecting exercises as opposed to premade plans. Also there are a lot of the same body part workouts to choose from. It becomes cumbersome looking through them to choose one that fits you. Lastly I don’t like that there is no way to export completed workouts. The only way is to screenshot them. All in all if you need a coach, and want the one on one, it’s worth the money, if you’re looking for a way to track your training, there are better apps.
I started up with this program during the summer challenge and quickly fell in love with how adaptable the workouts were for the limited equipment I have. I can’t really say what it is about the programming but it was exactly what I needed to get back on track. The workouts are challenging enough to make you push yourself and feel accomplished once you finish. The community is very active and extremely supportive which just adds to the experience. Literally the one negative thing I would say about the app (and this is me nitpicking) is the dark green background can make it hard to read sometimes but adjusting the brightness on my phone mitigates that issue. I’m excited to see what the next month of programming is going to bring.
I’ve tried several fitness apps in the past. This one has been the best one yet. The workouts are challenging not boring. The Food Diary scans perfectly. I have yet to find a barcode it can’t read so that’s a plus when tracking macros. Jarrell is quick to respond to any messages. The member community is awesome. Encouraging each other. AND did I mention all this at an affordable price.
