There simply isn’t enough workouts in the strength training categories to do a complete training program for someone with a dynamic range of exercises. For example, the cardio tab only has burpees & jumping jacks. And there is NO WAY to add your own title and workouts to the mix so the log ends up incomplete. It also doesn’t integrate with cycling or anything more than running and if you do these workouts they don’t show up on your calendar which is frustrating. The next issue is that it’s simply not intelligent enough to realize of this person ran 6 mountain miles maybe we shouldn’t do legs right after even though it’s “hybrid” and connects to “Strava.” It’s a guide to have but far from complete and with tech the way it is now… I do think the team who designed can make it better.
okay wow this app has generally surprised me, it has an adaptable and easy interface to interact with, thousands of workouts tailored by you and the equipment you have avaliable and Ranks, which is easy to understand for people who play competitive video games like me. And best off all its Free, I definitely recommend if you are starting your fitness journey, or a skilled expert. You must try it now👍
15+ years of experience in the gym, including 4+ years as a personal trainer and Arc is making workout programming fun for me again. Easy to use plus the body scan scores are motivating me to level up my game. I feel like I’m improving my stats each workout. Clean interface and easy to use rest timer as well.
