Okay first off where was this email or even notification on the app about this new app launching? Or a reminder to make sure you made the switch?? Also… I read other reviews that you needed to log in by a certain time or you have to MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT?? Is this not 2026?? Who implemented this and thought it was a good idea? Poorly planned project. Poorly implemented and should’ve gotten better feedback from users because this is not it… I don’t know if I even still have PAPER bank statements to look up my account number to make a new account for this dumb new app. Like you couldn’t have just updated what you had with a new phase? Does no one care about good projects anymore? It honestly just makes me want to close my accounts and find an entirely new credit union. This should not be more work to switch to a newly launched app… it’s 2026 and technology should not be this basic of a change where I have to start all over. HIGHLY disappointed.

Several features from previous app are missing such as quick balance and the ability to view balances of linked external accounts such as my Capital One accounts. I can view the in the old app and will continue using it until I can’t. At that point, will look at other options.

After being forced into this new app so I could do a deposit I was surprised to find that one of the features that mad the previous app very convenient is missing; quick balance. The current app is fine if you ignore it being packed with what amounts to advertisements for other bank products but the point of a banking app is to be a convenient way to manage account balances. If quick balance is brought back and other features that make mobile banking convenient for us members in a meaningful way I’ll edit my review.
