She is a fount of information and a very genuine person who doesn't sugarcoat her own personal situation to present a picture of perfection, which makes her enormously relatable and reassuring. I would recommend anyone who's struggling with menstrual issues to try this out, not only for the wealth of information available, but also for the sense of community that you are not in it alone.
